Development by Mission Point Trading (Pty) Ltd

Rayton

In 2016 MPT acquired Plot 3 and Plot 4 in the suburb of Rayton, Bloemfontein for the development of sectional title units and free-standing homes. Plot 4 will be developed in 86 units. The size of the units will be between 160 and 220 m². Plot 3 will be able to accommodate 18 free standing homes between 180 and 350 m².

Proppick (Pty) Ltd did research on the development of high-density units in the Pretoria East areas.

Opportunities exist for high density developments close to the core development zone of the new Menlyn Node as demarcated in the Tshwane Spatial Development Framework. The Menlyn Node will incorporate approximately 200’000 sqm of new offices complimented by upgraded mobility and activity road infrastructure.

Units with area of 40 to 140 m² sell for between R20’000.00 to R32’000.00 per m².

Owner Profile

Hermanus Bosch is the sole owner of Proppick (Pty) Ltd. He is a self-employed successful businessman since 1985. Up to 2004 he has worked in the financial service sector. In 2005 he joined Dynarc Properties and established a successful property company. Dynarc developed shopping centres and built up a portfolio of mixed-use properties. In 2007 he decided to start his own property development company, Proppick (Pty) Ltd.

He believes in a high standard of professionalism and loyalty to his associates.
